When using Airwatch on Android devices, the device enrollment and applications are managed through the Hub app.
Sync Device
Before doing a fresh install or an update, make sure to sync the device to pull down the latest settings.
- Go to the device Home Screen.
- Open the Hub app.
- Tap This Device.
- Select Sync Now.
Install Apps
- Go to the device Home Screen.
- Find the Hub app.
- Select App Catalog.
- A browser window will launch the App Catalog.
- Select the application that needs to be updated or installed.
- Go back to the Hub app.
- Select This Device.
- Select Managed Apps to monitor the install status.
Delete Apps
- Go to the device Home Screen.
- Find the app and long press the icon.
- Select Uninstall or move to the Trash Can icon to delete.
- Reboot the device.
- Follow the steps to Sync before reinstalling.
Unenroll Device
If you are still experiencing an issue with the applications or are unable to install the assigned apps, unenroll and then enroll the device again.
- Go back to the Hub app.
- Select This Device.
- Select Enrollment.
- Click Unenroll Device.
