This is an upcoming feature that will be available in a future release.
Item Countdown allows for users to see sold out items update in real-time. Users can discern from their inventory what items need to be restocked and/or potentially marked as sold out for the current event.
Item Countdown can be enabled at the individual venue level in Enterprise.
Enabling Item Countdown
Item Countdown is enabled in the Venue settings.
- From the Enterprise homepage, select Venues under the Location section.
- Search for and select the Venue to update.
- To enable Item Countdown, click the toggle.
- It will turn Blue when enabled and Gray when disabled.
Utilizing Item Countdown
Once enabled, Item Countdown will show in the Items section of Connect. Item Countdown will appear as a tab for items created on a Corporate Level.
