Suite Ordering by Event
This feature enables suite administrators to assign suite accounts to specific events, create a 7-day PreOrder calendar cutoff with the option to display on the PreOrder Portal and additional custom verbiage to event details for added guest information.
Assign Suite Accounts to Specific Events
To enable Suite Ordering by Event:
- In Connect click Suites > Suite Accounts.
- Click the Suite Account you want to modify.
- Click the Suites tab.
- Find the suite you want to assign events to and click edit.
- Find the event type you want to assign events to and click select.
- Assign All By Type – Assign the suite account to this suite for all created events with this event type ie. permanent stakeholders.
- Specific Events: Assign the suite account to specific events within the event type. When the suiteholder logs into the PreOrder Portal they will only view the events assigned to them.
- Unassign All: Unassign all events associated to this event type for the suite account.
PreOrder Cutoff Enhancements
To enable PreOrder Cutoff access for a Connect user:
- In Connect click Options > Connect Roles.
- Click the Connect role you want to modify.
- Scroll down to the Suites section.
- View PreOrder Cutoff Template – Grant the Connect role view access to both the PreOrder cutoff template and the cutoff override on an event.
- Edit PreOrder Cutoff Template – Grant the Connect role edit access to both the PreOrder cutoff template and the cutoff override on an event.
To create a PreOrder Cutoff Template:
The 7-day calendar template automatically inherits the PreOrder cutoff set in Suites Settings. That field has now been replaced by this module.
- In Connect click Suites > PreOrder Cutoff.
- Click the blue editable weekday and time.
- Set the PreOrder cutoff by weekday and time for events on the selected day.
- The cutoff day set will be the weekday prior.
- Click the pencil to edit the cutoff details.
- Set the Display cutoff details on PreOrder Portal.
- Yes – The PreOrder Portal will display the cutoff date and time on the event.
- No – PreOrder cutoff details will not display on the PreOrder Portal.
- Set the Cutoff details.
- Not set – Defaults to “Order by” with the cutoff date and time.
- Entered text – Displays entered text with the cutoff date and time.
To create a PreOrder Cutoff Event Override:
- In Connect click Events > Calendar and select the event you want to modify.
- When a Suites Event Type is assigned to an event, the PreOrder cutoff template information displays.
- To override the PreOrder cutoff simply click the weekday then the time field.
- Click Save.
Event Details Enhancements
To add Suite Specific information to an event:
- In Connect click Events > Calendar and select the event you want to modify.
- Set the Display Date & Time Start.
- Display Date & TIme – This displays on the event in the PreOrder Portal. When not set, the PreOrder Portal event will automatically display the Date & Time Start.
- Enter any Event Info.
- Not set – No added details appear on the event in the PreOrder Portal.
- Entered text – Entered text displays on the event in the PreOrder Portal.

Updated No Order Report
View the suite accounts who have not yet placed a PreOrder for an upcoming event.
- In Connect click Suites > Reports > No Order Report.
- Filter the Start Date and End Date to find the event you are searching for.
- Click Download Report.
