Once logged in, click onBatch > View Transactions:
Next, please select the Venue under theNavigationsection on the left.
Once you've selected your Venue, you can now search for transactions.
UnderSearch Transactions, please navigate to the Request ID or Invoice Nofield.
In the Request ID field, you can paste a Transaction IDfrom Connect to search for the corresponding transaction in FreedomPay (don't forget to adjust the date range):
In the Invoice ID field, you can paste anOrder IDfrom Connect to search for the corresponding transaction in FreedomPay (don't forget to adjust the date range):
After clicking search (above), you can now see the transaction details. Here you can see if the transaction was captured or if any errors occurred:
Other filters that can be used include the Account Last 4 for the last 4 digits of the credit card, the Request ID for the corresponding Transaction ID or a date range using the Start Date and End Date filters.
