APG Cash Drawer  Code Elo Touch Solutions
If you have an APG cash drawer, follow these steps:  
  1. Contact APG and have the following information ready:
  • Return Address (where to ship the repaired unit)
  • Part Number
  • Serial Number
  • Explanation of the Issue(s)
  1. APG will provide an RMA number and shipping instructions.
  2. Create a shipping label. The label must include the RMA number.
  3. Send the product to the APG Repair Center.
 If you have a Code product, follow these steps:
  1. Complete and submit the Support Form.
    In the Case Reason field, select Product Return (RMA).
  2. Code will send a confirmation email that includes the RMA number and the shipping instructions.
  3. Create a shipping label. The label must include the RMA number.
  4. Ship the product.
 If you have an Elo product, follow these steps:
  1. Visit link.
  2. Complete and submit the RMA Authorization Form.

  3. Elo will send a confirmation email that includes the RMA number.
  4. Create a shipping label with the following info:
    Elo Touch Solutions
    RMA: RMA Number

    ROCHESTER NY 14623-2705
  5. Ship the product.

FreedomPay  Infinite Peripherals Ingenico Group
If you have a FreedomPay device, follow these steps:  
  1. Complete the FreedomPay RMA Form.
    The following information must be included:
  • Contact Information
  • Device Type
  • Serial Number
  • Error Code
  • Explanation of the Issue
  1. Email the RMA Form and photos of the hardware, including a photo of the serial number.
  2. FreedomPay will send a confirmation email with the RMA number and the shipping instructions.
  3. Create a shipping label. The label must include the RMA number.
  4. Ship the product.
 If you have an Infinite Peripherals device, follow these steps:  
  1. Visit www.ipcmobile.com/support.
  2. Follow the steps in RMA Support Portal Instructions.
  3. Enter the serial number and the failure symptoms, or attach an Excel spreadsheet with the information.
  4. Infinite Peripherals will send a confirmation email.
  5. Infinite Peripherals will send a follow-up email after your request has been approved. The email will include the RMA number and shipping instructions.
  6. Create a shipping label. The label must include the RMA number.
  7. Ship the product.
Notes:
  • Customers will receive a repair report via email after devices are repaired.
  • Customers must confirm that devices have been repaired and issues are resolved.
  • To ship RMAs directly to the customer, include the customer’s FedEx/UPS shipping account number.
 If you have an Ingenico Group device, follow these steps:
  1. Send an email to RMARequestingUS@ingenico.com.
    The following information must be included:
  • Part number, software loads, data packages, key injection requirements, and communication settings
  • Serial Number
  • Device error message or failure reason, if known
  • Return address (where to ship the repaired unit)
  1. Ingenico will send a confirmation email with the ticket number.
  2. Ingenico will check the product warranty status.
    - For units in warranty, an RMA number will be provided within 24 business hours.
    - For units out of warranty, the warranty information and a repair quote will be sent via email.
  3. Create a shipping label. The label must include the RMA number.
  4. Ship the product.
 
Note: All units have a 1-year manufacturer warranty (unless an extended warranty was purchased).

Samsung Star Micronics Touch Dynamic
If you have Samsung hardware, follow these steps:  
  1. For mail-in repairs, please call 1-400-SAMSUNG.
Have the following information ready:
  • Return Address (where to ship the repaired unit)
  • Part Number
  • Serial Number
  • Explanation of the Issue(s)
  1. For walk-in repairs (New York / New Jersey Tri-state area only), follow link.
Note: Unopened tablets can be returned within 30 days. 		 If you have a Star Micronics printer, follow these steps:
  1. Complete and submit the Technical Support Form.
  2. Star Micronics will send an email that includes the case number or IWRA (In-Warranty Repair Authorization) number for tracking purposes.
  3. A representative might request that you complete an IWRA (In-Warranty Repair Authorization) Form for each printer. The IWRA form(s) should be placed in the package before shipping.
  4. Create a shipping label. The label must include the IWRA number(s).
  5. Ship the product.
 If you have Touch Dynamic hardware, follow these steps:  
  1. Complete and submit the RMA Request Form.
  2. Touch Dynamic will send an email which includes the RMA number and the shipping instructions.
  3. Create a shipping label. The label must include the RMA number.
  4. Ship the product.
