Update the Elo terminal firmware with the following steps:

• Press the two buttons at the bottom right underside of the terminal screen simultaneously (or hold the power button down for 2-3 seconds).
• A control panel screen will appear asking for the password to the device (password is 1elo).
• Select 'Settings' and then select 'Update Device.'

Note:

• Elo devices do not update the Firmware automatically; the process must be initiated at the device or remotely by Support.
• This will take a few minutes, so we don't recommend doing this during an event unless necessary.
