How to properly clear the database
The Clear Database option can be used to remove transactions that are offline or declined from the terminal.
Note: The Clear Database option must be enabled on the 'Orders View' tab of the Permissions Sets that is assigned to the Shared Login on the terminal.
- Log into Activate and pull up the left side menu by holding down on the Account name in the upper left corner.
- Select ‘All Orders' from the menu.
- Click on the 'Options' button in the upper right corner and then select 'Clear Database.'
