Force All Users to Reset Password
Users with edit access for Settings in the assigned Connect Role can force a password reset for all Connect accounts in the Venue. The users will be required to change their password the next time they log in. To force a reset for an individual user, please see Force Password Reset Process.
Note: This will only force a reset for Connect accounts. Activate and KDS logins will not be affected.
To Force a password reset for all users:
- In Connect, select 'Settings and then 'Security.'
- Click the 'Force all users to reset password"
- A prompt will come up.
- Select OK to confirm the action.
- Once confirmed, all users on the Accounts > Connect tab will have a lock icon next until the password has been reset.
