To configure the Suites settings
- In Connect, select Suites and then Settings.
- The general settings will be configured on the Basic Information tab.
- Click the pencil icon to edit a field.
- Pre-Order URL -The URL entered into the browser to place Pre-Orders. To update, select the pencil toggle next to PreOrder URL to customize your link.
- PreOrdering Cutoff - The number of days prior to an event that a Suite Holder can place a PreOrder.
- After the cutoff date, the Event does not display in the portal.
- Phone/Email/Fax – This information is displayed on the PreOrder Portal as contact information.
- Legalese is a custom disclaimer that will be visible on the bottom of the Pre-Order site.
- Hit enter on the keyboard to save the changes for each field.
