How to Configure Table Service (TSR)
- Navigate to Restaurants (left menu) and click 'Dashboard'.
- The Vendor's list will appear.
- Search and choose the desired Vendor to add a table or update layout.

How to Create a Table
- After logging into Connect, choose Restaurants.
- Click on Dashboard.
- Search and choose Vendor.
- Click on the listed Vendor's name.
- Click the blue "Create" button to create a new table.
- Input in the "Name" field the Table's name, i.e. T12A (Name can be only 4 characters long).
- You can select Yes (to enable) or No (to disable) the table's attributes:
- Smoking
- Window View
- Handicapped
- Add tables and seats.
- Hover on the element you want, click and drag to the layout.
- When you add a table, you can add one table at a time. Its size can be extended.
- Each seat that you add gets a number automatically.
- The maximum number of seats at one table via Connect is 24. Additional 6 seats can be added via Activate.
- If you want to add another table, repeat the steps above.
How to Edit a Table
- After logging into Connect, choose Restaurants.
- Click on the Dashboard.
- Search the desired Vendor.
- Click on the listed Vendor's name.
- Choose which table to update, by clicking on the table's name.
- Click the blue pencil button on the upper right-hand side of the page to edit. You may edit, the table name, table attributes, the size of a table, table/chairs shapes and add/remove seats. Once you've made your changes, click the green check button to save changes.
How to Delete a Table
- After logging into Connect, choose Restaurants.
- Click on the Dashboard.
- Search the desired Vendor.
- Click on the listed Vendor's name.
- Click on the word "Delete" on the right-hand side across from the table's name.

Adding a Layout
- After logging into Connect, choose Restaurants.
- Click on the Dashboard.
- Search the desired Vendor Layout to create.
- Click on the listed Vendor's name.
- Refer back to Restaurants menu options.
- A new list of options appears, choose Layouts
- Be sure tables are created before adding a Layout.
- To create a new Layout, click the blue Create button.
- Input in the "Name" field the Layout's name
- Select the previously created table(s) under the Tables tab. Also, there are more objects to choose, under the Genric tab such as; wall, door, window, kitchen or plant.
- Drag & drop the object onto the black grid layout, also known as the restaurant floor.
- To remove an object from the Layout, right-click on it and click "Remove".
- Click the Save button, once the layout is complete.
Notes:
- The purpose of the layout is to reflect the restaurant floor.
- A table can only be used once after being dropped to the layout.

Edit Layouts
- After logging into Connect, choose Restaurants.
- Click on the Dashboard.
- Search the desired Vendor layout to edit.
- Click on the listed Vendor's name.
- Refer back to Restaurants menu options.
- A new list of options appears, choose Layouts.
- Click on the Layout Name.
- Click on the blue Pencil.
- Update the Basic Information or update the assigned layout groups.
Delete Layouts
- Click on the word "Delete" on the right-hand side across from the Layout's Name.
Layout Groups
Creating Layout Groups
- After logging into Connect, choose Restaurants.
- Click on the Dashboard.
- Search the desired Vendor to create a Layout Group.
- Click on the listed Vendor's name.
- Refer back to Restaurants menu options.
- A new list of options appears, choose Layout Groups.
- Be sure Layouts are created before adding a Layout Group.
- Click the blue Create button.
- Input in the "Name" field the Layout Group's name.
- Input the Layout Group Description.
- Click Save.
- To add Layout(s) to the new Layout Group, click create on the Layout Group page.
- Click on the "Assign Layouts Tab."
- Click on the "Add Layout."
- Click "Assign" to add the desired Layout(s) to add to the Layout Group.
Notes:
- Layouts can only be assigned to one Layout Group at a time.
- When numerous layouts are added to the Group, you need to choose one layout that would be presented as your default restaurant layout (in Activate).
- When the Layout Group consists of more than one Layout; Activate will show the first active Group to the user, but using the dropdown allows the user to change the layout assigned to that Group.
- You can always edit the Layout Group details (such as name/description) or unassign some previously added Layouts.
Delete Layout Groups
- After logging into Connect, choose Restaurants.
- Click on the Dashboard.
- Choose the desired Vendor to delete a Layout Group.
- Click on the listed Vendor's name.
- Refer back to Restaurants menu options.
- A new list of options appears, choose Layout Groups.
- Click on the word "Delete" on the right-hand side across from the Layout Group's Name.
