Open the ‘Agent’ app on the home screen

Tap on ‘App Catalog’ at the top right of the Agent screen.

Tap on the ‘Install’ // ‘Processing’ button

Tap ‘Install’ to confirm the installation

Once the install process begins, please wait a full 2 – 5 minutes for the install to complete.

If the app does not install // update successfully, please repeat the process.

If the update is still unsuccessful, uninstall the app and attempt the update process again.
