When updating to a new version of an application via the App Catalog, it is advised that the current or older version be uninstalled first.
Uninstalling an Application
- Locate the application that needs to be uninstalled
- Press and hold the icon of the app
- A menu will appear with the option to "Uninstall"
- Select that option and the app will be removed from the device
Installing Activate

Open the Hub app on the home screen or from the All Apps page.

Select App Catalog.

Tap on the Install // Processing button

Tap Install to confirm the installation

Once the install process begins, please wait a full 2 – 5 minutes for the install to complete.

If the app does not install // update successfully, please repeat the process.

If the update is still unsuccessful, uninstall the app and attempt the update process again.
