Once you are logged into Connect, the landing page gives an overview of sales for an event or a specific date.
- Tips: Total tips for the venue.
- Fees: Total fees collected.
- Grand Total: Revenue, fees, and tips combined.
- Avg. Order Size: Average amount spent by customer.
- Total Orders: Total number of orders made.
- Pending Orders: Total number of pending orders.
- Pending Value: Total amount of funds in pending orders.
You'll also see charts showing all payment methods at the venue and the highest earnings. There are also charts showing a breakdown per hour of sales and items sold.
