If an order is not able to sync to the server due to connectivity issues, the orders will remain on the terminal until the network becomes stable enough to upload. A sync can also be initiated once the device is connected to the network successfully.
How to Sync all Offline Orders
- Log into Activate and pull up the left side menu by holding down on the Account name in the upper left corner.
- Select ‘All Orders' from the menu and then click on ‘Offline.'
- Click on the 'Options' button in the upper right corner and then select 'Sync All.'
How to Sync a single Order
- Log into Activate and pull up the left side menu by holding down on the Account name in the top left corner.
- Select ‘All Orders' from the menu and then click on 'Offline.'
- Find the order to sync and then click on the arrows icon to the right icon to upload the single order to the server.
