The Link 2500 must be configured to use the USB_CDC communication mode with Activate. If the mode is not set correctly, the device will display This Lane Closed after logging into Activate and you may receive errors when attempting to checkout. Follow the steps below to update the Communication settings.
- From the This Lane Closed screen, type 2634
- Then select F
- Choose TDA > Configuration > Communication > Select Comm Type > USB_CDC
- After changing it, press the Red button 2 times
- Select Yes for save and reboot
Once the Communication has been updated, you may need to Allow Activate access to the device. Hit OK if you see the message below.
