Apply Codes/Promos to Order
Codes, otherwise known as promos, can be created to add as an order or item level discount in the form of a percentage off, a flat dollar amount off, or a full comp How to Create Codes/Promos.
- Log into Activate and place items in the cart
- Select the 'Enter Promo' area to type in the Code name
- Select 'Apply' to see the discount subtracted and the updated order total
Use Codes/Promos as a House Account
- Log into Activate and place items in the cart
- Select 'More' in the bottom right hand corner and then click 'On House.'
- Enter in the amount that should be charged to the House Account and select the Green Check
- Select the appropriate Code button that represents the House Account
- Select 'Checkout' to complete the order or select another payment method for the remaining balance if not a full comp.
