It is very important to have the same time zone set for the Venue (Connect), Humanity, and on the device the employees will be using to clock in for everything to work correctly.
How to see the Time Zone for the Venue
- Log in to Connect and select Settings on the left side menu
- Select Venue.
- The Time Zone will be listed under the 'General' section.
Note: If your time zone is incorrect, please contact Support.
How to set the Time Zone in Humanity
- Log in to Connect and then click Schedule on the left side menu.
- This will open a new window to the Humanity login page. Please make sure to log in to Humanity.
- Click on Staff then choose your Employee and click it to see more details.
- Click Edit Details and then go to Time Zone and choose the appropriate option
How to set the Time Zone on an iOS Device
- Click on the Settings app on the device
- Click General
- Scroll to Date & Time
- Select Time Zone.
